**Role**

Responsible for the P&L of the product and performance monitoring of main financial and commercial indicators.

**Activities**
- Development and coordination of the integral strategy of Investment Funds for the fulfillment of financial and commercial objectives.
- Responsible for the continuity of the business in a holistic way, guaranteeing the correct operation, commercialization and adherence to the regulatory and compliance frameworks applicable to Investment Funds.
- Product end-state design including optimal channels and journeys to ensure competitiveness. SME in technological and transformation projects for the product.
- Definition and coordination of launching campaigns for clients, including definition of the offer and communication strategy for the sales force and clients.
- Maintain a healthy and productive relationship with the Asset Management Mexico team for the development of innovative products to meet the needs of clients.
- Ensure knowledge and understanding of the characteristics and benefits of the Investment Funds by the commercial team.
- Ensure the availability of training material and information for the correct marketing of the product.

Requirements

**Knowledge**

Advanced knowledge in:

- Finance - PnL management of the product, calculation of profitability, creation of estimates and annual income plans and balances.
- Analytical areas - statistics, analysis of information for the creation of strategies
- Advanced management of Office tools such as Excel, Power Point and Word.
- Economics - understanding of main economic indicators and their impact on personal finances and client wealth.

Advanced skills in:

- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Ability to plan, manage, control and execute work priorities and resources.
- Creativity and curiosity to identify areas of opportunity, gaps vs. the competition,
- Communication and coordination with different areas
- Coordination of commercial strategy and proximity to the network
- Effective communication in English
- Management and coordination of multidisciplinary groups.

Intermediate Skills in:

- Behavioral economics
- Agile leadership
- Digitization and new technologies
- Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Economics, Actuary, Finance or Engineering
- AMIB Figure 3 (desirable)
- Master's degree in Administrative area (desirable)
