**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage client phone calls, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Provide administrative support, including handling non-litigation legal documents.
- Draft, proofread, and organize key legal documents.
- Schedule appointments for U.S.based attorneys and follow up with clients.
- Accurately update clients on case progress and address inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in both English and Spanish (Fully bilingual).
- Resident of Guadalajara or nearby areas.
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Legal knowledge is an advantage, but not required.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Competitive salary of **13,000 to 15,000 MXN per month AFTER taxes**, based on skills and English proficiency.
