Fully Bilingual Client Support

**Location**: Guadalajara, Jalisco | **Full-Time** | **On-site**

Are you fluent in English and ready to take your customer service skills to the next level? We're hiring a **Fully Bilingual Client Support Specialist** to join our team in Guadalajara. In this role, you'll work closely with our U.S.based legal team, helping clients navigate their legal processes with confidence and clarity.

What You’ll Be Doing From Day One:

- Handle inbound calls from clients, providing timely and effective assistance.
- Respond to inquiries, offer case updates, and help schedule key appointments.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal assistants in the U.S.
- Draft, proofread, and organize important legal documents (non-litigation).
- Follow up with clients to ensure they are informed and supported.

Who You’ll Work With:

- You’ll be part of a bilingual client services team based in Guadalajara.
- You'll collaborate daily with attorneys and legal staff in the U.S., with constant guidance and feedback.
- You’ll receive full training and ongoing support—your success is our priority.

What We’re Looking For:

- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Based in Guadalajara or nearby.
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 6 months in customer service or call center roles.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Legal knowledge is a plus but not required—we’ll train you.

Compensation & Benefits:

- **Net salary**: $13,000 to $16,000 MXN/month, depending on experience and English proficiency.
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
- **Time off**: All U.S. holidays.
- **Benefits**: IMSS, paid vacation, Christmas bonus (aguinaldo).
- **Referral Bonus**: $5,000 MXN for each successful referral.
