**Key Responsibilities**
- Log and follow up on each interaction in our CRM to maximize closures.
- Prepare customized quotes and close sales for residential and commercial services.
- Understand the needs of cleaning, landscaping, painting, and roofing businesses, and adapt our SaaS to fit their processes.
- Conduct interviews, explain benefits, and guide customers through the contracting process.
- Collaborate with the support and sales teams to ensure a flawless post-sale experience.
- Stay updated on product improvements and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English and Spanish (spoken and written - mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in SaaS or service software).
- Prior experience or knowledge of cleaning, landscaping, painting, or roofing industries (strong plus).
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.); experience with HighLevel and Respond.io is a big plus.
- Results-driven, with initiative, follow-through, and negotiation skills.
