**About the Opportunity**

Discova have the amazing IDS Host team in destination to provide the best customer service to our clients, our hosts address the needs and requests of our clients at the destination during their stay, providing complete and appropriate solutions for each client. Boost sales of tours and transfers at destination to contribute to the growth of the company's income.

**Responsabilities**
- Receive passengers at the airport and guide them to the hotel.
- Resolve customer service issues to customer’s satisfaction with appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
- Service all customer enquiries professionally and efficiently within 24 hours or according to business needs with an expectation of conversion rate as per business expectations.
- Maintain the expertise in the domestic market by being up to date with domestic information or changes.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets as directed by the IDS Leader.
