- **REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - BAJIO REGION**_

**Requierements**_:_
- Experience in the metalworking industry in Mexico (5-10 years), specifically managing sales operations related to cutting tools and machine tool in general
- FLUENT in English
- Be willing to work in Queretaro where our home office is located
- Valid passport and visa.
- Willing to travel throughout Mexico, USA and Germany (about 50% to 60% travel time)

**Responsabilities**:

- Be able to lead a sales organization in Mexico from both a sales point of view and an operational point of view
- Responsible for all sales and yearly sales growth targets
- Responsible for operational management
- Responsible for P&L
- Manage 5 outside Regional salesmen
- Manage 2 technical employees
- Manage 2 office workers
- 5 sales reps - 9 total people reporting to him/her
