_**AMT - THE ASSOCIATION FOR MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY **_IS HIRING:_- **REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - BAJIO REGION**_**Requierements**_:_- Experience in the metalworking industry in Mexico (5-10 years), specifically managing sales operations related to cutting tools and machine tool in general- FLUENT in English- Be willing to work in Queretaro where our home office is located- Valid passport and visa.- Willing to travel throughout Mexico, USA and Germany (about 50% to 60% travel time)**Responsabilities**:- Be able to lead a sales organization in Mexico from both a sales point of view and an operational point of view- Responsible for all sales and yearly sales growth targets- Responsible for operational management- Responsible for P&L- Manage 5 outside Regional salesmen- Manage 2 technical employees- Manage 2 office workers- 5 sales reps - 9 total people reporting to him/her**Benefits**:- Competitive salary- Major Medical Insurance- Monthly Car Allowance- Yearly performance bonusTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Teléfono de la empresaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono mensualEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Full P&L: 5 años (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
