Here’s what makes you a great fit for this role:
- **Sales Experience**: 3+ years in B2C sales with a proven record of closing deals.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent English (B2+), clear and confident on the phone.
- **Inbound & Outbound Calls**: Comfortable managing high-volume inbound calls and making 55+ outbound calls daily.
- **Objection Handling**: Skilled at overcoming customer resistance and converting inquiries into sales.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Experience with CRM systems to track sales and coordination activities.
- **Detail & Multitasking**: Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks like quotes, appointments, and follow-ups without losing focus.
- **Team Spirit**: Works collaboratively while keeping customer satisfaction front and center.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Sales Function**
- Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and follow up on prospects.
- Present tailored solutions and close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in the CRM system.
**Coordination & Customer Support**
- Provide quotes and follow up with customers for approvals.
- Manage cancellation requests to retain customers and prevent service termination.
- Coordinate appointments, reschedule when necessary, and ensure smooth scheduling.

Pay: $12,550.00 - $26,850.00 per month
