**Risk Strategy Manager**
**Role Purpose.**
- Prepare and supervise the adequate capture of information in the Risk reports (Risk Map and Report of Main and Emerging Risks) of HBMX / LAM.
- Prepare the package for the HBMX / LAM Risk Management Committee, monitor the actions that arise in the Committee and align the information according to local regulations and Group specifications, guaranteeing the correct interpretation and representation of the results.
- Prepare the minutes of the Risk Management Committee of HBMX / LAM in a timely manner.
- Assist in coordinating the flow of information for the preparation of reports for the HBMX / LAM Board of Directors and Audit Committee, only for the part related to Risks.
