**Education, prior work experience and specialized skills and knowledge**:
- Bachelor of Science required.
- Technical sales experience in steel/aluminium fabrication.
- Have established relationships within the automotive-component manufacturing, defense, heavy agriculture, heavy truck and heavy trailer industries including working knowledge and contacts.
- Tier 1 and OEM experience with contract review and program management.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial reporting and program metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizational skills and ability to self-manage workflow completion to meet objectives.
- Intermediate skills working with Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish - English) preferred.
**Primary duties and responsibilities**:
- Identify new customers who might benefit from our Company capabilities and/or products.
- Identify new sales opportunities with existing customers.
- Develop strategic marketing plans promoting our company's technical capabilities directed at target markets.
- Develop strategies that effectively offer products or services that best satisfy customer needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery while maintaining focus on Company objectives.
- Meet regular sales targets and effectively coordinate sales projects.
- Develop, and maintain, customer relationships by managing and interpreting requirements, investigating complaints, developing solutions, and resolving the issues.
- Prepare reports, make recommendations, and be comfortable delivering presentations to the Executive Management Team keeping them updated on issues and trends.

- Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally
- Must have a valid, active Passport
