**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to take on the dual role of Executive Assistant and Jr. Accountant. This remote role demands proficiency in administrative tasks and basic accounting, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted work environment.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage Zoho Books for invoicing, purchase orders, estimates, and product updates.
- Handle documentation, order requests, and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and prepare financial reports
- Assist in creating and preparing presentations using PowerPoint and Canva.
- Manage and update social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Assist in the hiring process by filtering applicants and managing job postings.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Must possess a college degree.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and professional skills.
- Must have high proficiency in English.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a tech or telecommunications environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of handling sensitive documents and communications with confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance related to invoicing and budget tracking.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory is essential.
- Experience in social media management and digital communication tools.
**Workspace Requirement**
- Ability to perform work remotely, while on live camera with virtual office team.
- Quality computer (desktop or laptop), with a good quality microphone and video camera.
- Reliable and stable internet connection.
- Backup power solutions (e.g., UPS, generator, backup lighting, inverter, etc.).
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Shift Duration: 8hrs
Time Range: 08:00 - 17:00 (PST -California)
Compensation: Competitive compensation in USD (Rates aligned with local market)
Work Location: Remote.
