Operations & Maintenance Assistant - Sungate Property Management

**Salary range**:$800.00 - $850.00 USD (monthly)
**About us**:
At Sungate, we take pride in providing exceptional client service, transparent fees, and proactive management for our clients. With over 25 years of combined experience managing a variety of properties, including single-family homes, multi-family apartments, and commercial assets, we have earned recognition in the industry and grown to manage over 200 properties.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Lease Renewals**: Coordinate in a timely manner the potential renewal of the lease with all parties involved and ensure that all procedures are completed in time.
- **Tenant Coordination**: Coordinate walkthroughs, inspections, repairs & general visits with tenants, and verify their satisfaction (when applicable).
- **End Of Tenancy Coordination**: Inform landlords about any move outs, schedule exit walkthroughs, and produce a financial statement for the reimbursement of the security deposit.
- **Delinquent Tenants**: Follow up with tenants that are behind on rent and utility bills, inform landlords, and take appropriate action case by case.
- **Financial Recording**: Record & audit contractor & different services’ invoices within financial files.
**Skills**:
- 2 years in a professional setting
- Google Products & MS Office experience
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration or related fields
- Proficient in English, both writing and speaking
- Portable personal computer, MS Office, high speed internet, WhatsApp
**Physical Setting**:Fully Remote
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST with a one-hour lunch break
Pay: $16,370.00 - $17,390.00 per month
