Are you ready to take the next step in your career and join our team as Payroll Coordinator at KONE Mexico, based in Mexico City?
- Do you have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field?
- Do you have at least 3 years of work experience in payroll activities?
- Do you have previous experience using payroll systems?
- Do you have a solid understanding of tax, accounting, and payroll law requirements?
- Are you familiar with labor law?
- Are you fluent in English?

As our Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing weekly payroll processing
- key time, making corrections, auditing, processing to an external vendor, receiving and loading payroll back into HRIS, and performing File Maintenance for employees.

You will be in charge of preparing periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions, solving payroll discrepancies to ensure employees are paid correctly, processing all wage assignments & garnishments per state and federal law, and m aintaining SAP and HRIS tables updated and accurate.
