**Regroup Mass Notification** — a global company with headquarters in Dallas — is looking for a **Sales Operations Director**. Regroup believes in working with talented yet humble people who care about our core mission: Keeping communities and organizations safe and informed.
The Sales Operations Director is responsible for the processes, tools, and technologies that support the Sales and Marketing teams of a company. As a Sales Operations Director, you will manage the sales operations team, provide guidance about market trends to developing resources and track long-term sales data for reporting purposes.
Previous managerial experience and an understanding of business processes and products are required. Having previous experience working in a Saas company will be valuable although it is not required.
**Essential Responsibilities & Duties**
- Own and manage all development and administrative aspects involving SFDC.
- Work directly with sales teams to proactively build, evolve and optimize the sales process.
- Work with internal and external partners to strategically configure our CRM to support sales, marketing, customer success, and overall company processes and goals.
- Serve as the architect and project manager for all sales operations system projects. Lead projects from start to finish while ensuring successful on-time completion.
- Continually define, improve, and automate sales operations processes to optimize system operations, customer processes, and sales productivity.
- Build salesforce processes and workflows to proactively deliver actionable sales insights throughout different stages of the sales process.
- Create audit processes and proactively identify data discrepancies, and deficiencies. Establish processes and implement tools to automate data cleansing.
- Train, support, and create documentation/enablement around Salesforce processes on how the fields should utilize Salesforce throughout our sales cycle (from lead to closed-won and post-sales).
- You will partner cross-functionally with the finance, customer success, marketing, product, and sales teams on sales optimization and business operation support.
- You will drive reporting effectiveness through understanding cross-functional revenue strategies, and translating them into system and process requirements.
- Have a deep understanding of the sales team's business priorities and their quarterly initiatives.
- Create reports and dashboards to reflect sustained and predictable growth.
- Expand the analytical infrastructure with scalable reports and tools.
- Master the understanding of pipeline management to guide the workflow of sales and marketing-related reporting.
- Oversee other sales operations processes to support the sales team as the company evolves.
- Determine sales and marketing strategies that help increase revenue.
- Review and improve workflows so that sales, marketing, and customer service teams can collaborate effectively.
- Identify technological solutions that help improve relevant teams’ performance and enhance the customer experience throughout the buying journey.
- Collect and analyze data across departments to help maximize sales productivity.
- Creates processes to encourage collaboration between the sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Looks at business analytics and data across departments to make decisions
**About You**
- Experience with Business Analytics
- Experience working with CPQ
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot is a plus
- You want to be part of an energetic, fast-growing SaaS organization.
- Salesforce certification is required.
- Advanced Excel and G-suite knowledge.
- Self-starter who enjoys the process and technical challenges and embraces new opportunities.
- You have experience in pipeline development processes and tools and can call upon your experience to manage the growth and evolution of processes and systems.
- An aptitude for process improvement, and problem-solving, and is passionate about great internal and external customer experiences.

- Strong collaborator who seeks to understand and improve sales operational and strategic challenges.
- Aptitude for framing business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies, and executing tactics and process improvements.
- Salesforce development and engineering experience is a plus.
- Go-getter and resilient attitude to business challenges.
