**Onsite Support Coordinator**

**Job in a nutshell**:
In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing support services, supervising procedures, validating technical documentation, and ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues.

**What will you be doing**:

- Coordination and local support.
- Supervision and execution of pre-established procedures.
- Validation of the technical documentation developed as part of the service.
- Support service to BASF in administrative tasks related to the service.
- Support in ITIL processes related to the service.
- Supervision of the development and solution of related technical problems.
- Administration of the asset management tool.
- Monitoring the development of IMAC.
- Coordination of additional services where transportation outside the offices is required.
- Support in process optimization.

**Requirements**:

- 6 - 10 years of experience in team coordination roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of different brands of computers and printers.
- Expertise in identifying the root cause of technical issues and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience with asset management tools and validating technical documentation.
- Agile Foundations certification is required.
- Experience with ServiceNow is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Outstanding customer service attitude
- Advanced English skills.
