**Job Title**: Business Development Manager
**Location**: Remote (LATAM or Philippines Preferred)

**Role Overview**:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing strategies to expand market presence. This role requires a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for fostering growth and a strong track record of success in business development and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Business Development**:

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth in target markets.
- ** Lead Generation and Sales**:

- Generate leads through networking, research, and outreach campaigns.
- Qualify prospects and guide them through the sales pipeline to closure.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- ** Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- ** Collaboration**:

- Work with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to align on strategies.
- Provide feedback on market trends to refine products or services and improve strategies.
- ** Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Set and achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Prepare reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
