Role Description

This is a full-time, Home Office role for a Business Development Manager based in Mexico. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth. Responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role also requires representing the company at networking events and industry conferences to expand market presence.

  • Market Research, Analytical Thinking, and Strategic Planning capabilities
  • Experience in Client Engagement, Proposal Development, and Contract Negotiation
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and deliver collaborative solutions
  • Proven experience in the technology or engineering industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus
  • Experience in a multinational environment or markets within the Americas is advantageous
