The Payroll & HR Analyst will be in charge of the payroll booking and all the paper works related to the payroll, social security, withholding income tax, ISN, etc., to support the Annual Tax Return, monthly reports, information requested by Tax consultants and internal requirements to analyse data. Additionally, the role will support the administration of the employee car lease being the key contact with the car lease company and the colaborator; the role will support the employees’ tools such as: cell phones, gas oil cards and will help in general administration to summarize the vendor agreements. Related to HR the role will support with the employee agreements, filling out of employee incidences and support with the new hires and exit process.
Make an Impact
Payroll Accounting Balance Sheet reconciliations (all related with payroll) Reporting information package on monthly basis for Tax Returns (all related to payroll) Coordinate social security taxes & tax on payroll payment Shadow payroll incidences: prepare, upload in ADP system, ensure approval & stamp Payroll accounting vs Tax payroll reconciliation (to ensure stamping vs accounting facing the Annual Tax Return supports) HR support: Incidences upload in the ADP system (for payroll twice a month), support with new hires & exits process, employee agreements and general employee documentation Work tools management: gas oil cards, sundry coupons cards, telephone 9. Vendors Agreements data base control Car lease management: key contact and follow up Policies: work tools, Car lease (ensure update and training on annual basis) General Employee Induction: Agreement, work tools Employee responsive letters for: work tools, cell phone, and computer equipment Support all related activities to the payroll accounting and HR support process
Your Talent and Skills
Accountant Degree Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a payroll role Experience in payroll accounting Desired experience working with ADP Desired experience using ERP systems / SAP Intermedium-advanced Excel and Office • English (At least Intermedium) Strong orientation to Internal Controls Communication skills Self-starter with ability to work independently while understanding the importance of elevating questions/concerns promptly Highly organized with strong attention to detail Highly order and discretional oriented Analysis skills Proactive / Responsible / Teamwork
