Auxiliar de Programa Drivers of Change

Objetivo

Administrar las finanzas del programa aplicando las estrategias necesarias para su rentabilidad, además de llevar el registro de inventarios, seguimiento a pagos, compras, proveedores y la logística de las experiencias diseñadas para los alumnos

Principales Responsabilidades:

•Brindar el seguimiento necesario para que el 100% del alumnado cumpla con el plan curricular establecido para su generación

•Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los procesos administrativos del programa, manteniendo siempre la información      clara, puntual y actualizada

•Colaborar con el equipo Drivers en el diseño, planeación, ejecución y evaluación de los eventos y experiencias calendarizados   anualmente, además de participar en los eventos UDEM de promoción del programa que sean requeridos

•Contribuir en el diseño, planeación, seguimiento, ejecución y evaluación de la campaña anual para la aplicación y selección de   nuevos Drivers

•Brindar soporte y apoyo en todas las experiencias formativas del programa

Estudios Académicos: Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contador Publico, Negocios.

Ofrecemos:

· Prestaciones de ley y tarjeta de restaurante (Subsidiada al 80%).

(posterior a los 3 primeros meses) se agregan prestaciones superiores a las de Ley: Fondo de Ahorro, Vales de despensa, Aguinaldo de 45 días, Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores para el colaborador
