JOB DESCRIPTION
Application Support Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
SOPORTE TÉCNICO BILINGÜE (INGRES INTERMEDIO B2)
Licenciatura, ingeniería, carrera técnica ,enfocado a procedimientos / procesos
Conocimientos avanzados en SO Windows 10 y Server Conocimientos basicos en Linux y MacOS Mantenimiento, deteccion y solucion en equipos de cómputo, dispositivos móviles y aplicaciones Instalación de impresoras/detección de fallas a laser y térmica Conocimiento de Active Directory Conocimientos de redes y diagnóstico en protocolo TCP/IP Atencion a usuario mediante tickets Gestión de inventario y activos de TI Dinámico, Trabajo en equipo, proactivo, analítico, gusto por innovar Organización y manejo efectivo del tiempo Orientado al servicio. Enfocado en calidad 3 años de experiencia atendiendo a usuarios en sitio y remoto, apegado a procesos y procedimientos Disponibilidad de horario
