  • Ubicación: México
  • Responsabilidades:
    • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia del canal HORECA en México.
    • Desarrollo, cuidado y búsqueda de clientes en el sector.
    • Gestión del modelo de distribuidores y análisis de estrategias geográficas.
    • Responsable de los resultados de ventas en el canal.
    • Gestión completa del canal, desde presupuestos, estrategia, proyecciones, etc.
    • Supervisar y liderar el equipo.
    • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y ser proactivo en su abordaje.




Perfil del candidato
  • Experiencia:
    • Mínimo 5 años en la industria de harinas/panaderías y canal HORECA.
    • Experiencia con equipos de alto rendimiento a cargo.
    • Experiencia con distribuidores, preferiblemente no en venta directa.
  • Habilidades y Conocimientos:
    • Inglés avanzado indispensable.
    • Conocimiento/experiencia en alimentos, química de alimentos, o ingeniería de alimentos.
    • Pensamiento estratégico y capacidad de análisis de datos.
    • Mentalidad de crecimiento y visión de negocio.
    • Habilidad para negociar y ser resiliente.
