- Ubicación: México
- Responsabilidades:
- Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia del canal HORECA en México.
- Desarrollo, cuidado y búsqueda de clientes en el sector.
- Gestión del modelo de distribuidores y análisis de estrategias geográficas.
- Responsable de los resultados de ventas en el canal.
- Gestión completa del canal, desde presupuestos, estrategia, proyecciones, etc.
- Supervisar y liderar el equipo.
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y ser proactivo en su abordaje.
Perfil del candidato
- Experiencia:
- Mínimo 5 años en la industria de harinas/panaderías y canal HORECA.
- Experiencia con equipos de alto rendimiento a cargo.
- Experiencia con distribuidores, preferiblemente no en venta directa.
- Habilidades y Conocimientos:
- Inglés avanzado indispensable.
- Conocimiento/experiencia en alimentos, química de alimentos, o ingeniería de alimentos.
- Pensamiento estratégico y capacidad de análisis de datos.
- Mentalidad de crecimiento y visión de negocio.
- Habilidad para negociar y ser resiliente.
- Características Personales:
- Proactividad y capacidad para identificar oportunidades.
