The Job
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in retention efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Resolving billing issues raised to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize cross-selling techniques to promote additional products or services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
The Profile
- B2 and/or C1 level of English proficiency.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a bilingual customer service agent to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
- inimum completion of high school with a certificate. Truncated degrees require a list of subjects completed, or a high school diploma if completed in the USA (up to grade 12).
