Ubicación: Ciudad de México | Modalidad: Híbrida (3 días en oficina, 2 días home office)


Desde Global Executive, estamos en búsqueda de un Sales Manager Sr, para una empresa global con más de 10 años de experiencia, especializada en publicidad digital y agencias de medios. Cuentan con presencia en Miami, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, Brasil y México. Estamos en búsqueda de un Sales Manager Sr que quiera impulsar su carrera y ayudarnos a simplificar el ecosistema digital para nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Cumplimiento de objetivos de facturación de ventas directas y programáticas.
  • Relacionamiento con clientes actuales y potenciales, gestionando una cartera consolidada.
  • Generar contactos en la industria, enfocándote en agencias y anunciantes (mínimo 36 reuniones mensuales).
  • Confeccionar propuestas de valor para nuestros clientes.
  • Actualizar el Pipeline y CRM de manera continua.
  • Ser la cara visible de la empresa ante los clientes y la industria.

Requisitos:

Lo que buscamos:

  • Título universitario en Publicidad, Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Comunicación Digital o carreras afines.
  • 3 a 4 años de experiencia como Sales Manager en la industria de la publicidad digital.
  • Experiencia y cartera activa en la industria, con conocimientos de las empresas big six.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en CRM y herramientas publicitarias.
  • Competencias clave: Persuasión, Negociación, Comunicación, Empatía, Orientación a Resultados, Flexibilidad, Asertividad.
