Sales Assurance Specialist

Job Description:
· Responsible for reviewing, tracking, assessing, and driving booking & revenue attainment for assigned Sales regions
· Provide weekly assessment of risks and upsides within current sales funnel and order backlog via meetings with assigned region sales teams, services organization, revenue accounting teams, order management and supply chain key contacts.
· Influence functional owners to ensure Sales funnel and Order backlog are accurately reflecting expected revenue
· Monitor Sales Opportunity progression from creation thru revenue generation and trigger/drive mitigation actions as required by functional team when delays or roadblocks are identified
· Work with assigned Region sales leaders to facilitate weekly sales team funnel review to validate forecast accuracy
· Coordinate with assigned region sales leader to identify, validate and report next quarters sales funnel and resulting booking and revenue forecast as part of the Quarterly Sales Review
· Provide regular and ad hoc reporting for assigned regions
o This includes working with Region leaders to perform business analysis to drive improvement in forecast booking and revenue forecast accuracy
· Prime for validating Booking and Revenue “Dashboard” for weekly publication
o Currently 2x weekly
o This includes validating changes are as expected
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
4 year degree preferred in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Finance
5-7 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Planning, Forecasting, Finance or other related experience
SFDC and Oracle knowledge valued
