Estamos buscando a nuestro futuro Gerente de Customer Success/Farmer

¿Cuáles serán tus actividades?

  • Desarrollar estrategias integrales de experiencia al cliente que reflejen las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes, alineadas con la visión y valores del banco.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y servicios existentes para optimizar la experiencia del cliente en todos los puntos de contacto.
  • Supervisar y dirigir a un equipo multidisciplinario encargado de implementar las estrategias/campañas de experiencia al cliente.
  • Implementar sistemas de seguimiento y medición de la satisfacción del cliente para evaluar el rendimiento y realizar mejoras continuas.
  • Analizar datos y retroalimentación de los clientes para identificar tendencias, áreas de mejora y oportunidades para la innovación.
  • Colaborar con equipos de marketing, ventas, tecnología y operaciones para estrategias lineales y garantizar la coherencia de la experiencia del cliente en todos los canales.
  • Colaborar en el diseño de procesos y políticas que mejoren la facilidad y eficiencia de los clientes al interactuar con el banco.
  • Colaborar par que los procesos de producto sean intuitivos y estén enfocados en las necesidades del cliente.
  • Supervisar la gestión de quejas y problemas, asegurándose de que se resuelvan de manera oportuna y que se tomen medidas preventivas para evitar recurrencias.
  • Promover la innovación y la adopción de nuevas tecnologías para mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
  • Identificar oportunidades para la implementación de soluciones digitales y automatización que faciliten la interacción con el banco.

¿Qué necesitas para estar en la posición?

  • Licenciatura concluida en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, o campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia de mínimo 2-3 años en una posición similar gestionado equipos de Customer Success/Farmer (preferible sector financiero, no obligatorio).
  • Inglés Intermedio.
  • Conocimiento básico de la regulación bancaria para publicidad.
