HOERBIGER de México se encuentra en búsqueda de Talento con experiencia como:

CUSTOMER SERVICE (SALES SUPPORT)

Las responsabilidades inherentes al puesto serán:

• Ser el contacto de interrelación entre Ventas - Finanzas y Operaciones.
• Asegurar la Facturación en conjunto con área de Finanzas (previa certificación de la facturación).
• Apoyo en Cobranza en conjunto con área de Finanzas.
• Administración de contratos de cliente.
• Reporteo de información sobre:

- On Time Delivery - On Customer Delivery - Ventas globales, mensuales, por producto, pedidos, entre otros.

• Actualización Backlog / RFC.
• Revisión y Confirmación Horas-Hombre / ESM.
• Certificación de la operación, del servicio y de la estimación del servicio.
• Conciliación de la operación.
• Entrega de evidencias al cliente (portal) para la certificación de la facturación.

REQUISITOS

Licenciatura o Ingeniería concluida. Conocimiento / Experiencia (3 años -deseable-) en análisis de información, soporte a ventas, información para licitaciones, conceptos básicos de facturación, reportes directivos.  Uso de Excel avanzado. Uso de SAP. Inglés avanzado.
