Responsabilidades:
- Realizar Llamadas a Prospectos: Contactar a prospectos con el objetivo de recopilar datos específicos para calificar a la empresa, incluyendo información de contacto, detalles sobre su flota de equipos y frecuencia de compra.
- Gestionar Información en CRM: Ingresar la información de los prospectos calificados en nuestro sistema CRM (Pipedrive) para mantener una base de datos precisa y actualizada.
- Seguimiento de Leads: Continuar el seguimiento de leads hasta verificar la información correcta y el contacto adecuado.
- Clasificar Leads: Ordenar listas de leads provenientes de diferentes estados y asegurar que la información sea relevante y precisa.
- Envío de Documentos: Enviar documentos por correo electrónico a los leads una vez que sean calificados.
- Preparación de Listas: Crear listas de leads calificados y enviarlas al equipo de ventas interno para un seguimiento adicional.
- Notificación de Solicitudes: Informar al equipo de ventas sobre solicitudes de cotización y nuevos leads que lleguen.
Requisitos:
- Excelente dominio del inglés. Se valora el acento americano (deseable)
- Experiencia previa en ventas es preferible.
- Actitud alegre, perseverante y capaz de mantener la calma en llamadas repetitivas.
- Habilidad para pensar rápidamente y manejar preguntas o comentarios inesperados de los prospectos.
