The Position 

As the Head of Sales, you will: 

  • Lead the Diabetes Sales Team, ensuring performance management and professional development. 

  • Develop and execute strategies and goals to achieve sales objectives and strategic product sales development in the Diabetes sales market. 

  • Develop best practices for solving market development and sales development challenges. 

  • Establish strong and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders in the Diabetes Market. 

  • Demonstrate the ability to share knowledge, influence, and understanding of the customer and patient. 

 

Qualifications 

To be successful in this role, you should have: 

  • Degree in business administration, life sciences, or other relevant discipline. 

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries with strong sales management across districts and regions. 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role. 

  • Experience with Public and Government client management. 

 

About the Department 

You will join our Diabetes Sales Team, which is responsible for promoting and selling Novo Nordisk's products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other public institutions. Our team is dedicated to developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. We operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, focusing on building strong and sustainable relationships with our customers to drive future sales and repeat business.
