Key responsibilities :
Supports the sales team to manage and grow assigned accounts in line with the organisational strategy, goals, policies and processes. Builds a good understanding of target customers and their business. Maximises the impact of transactional sales through effective probingand lead qualification. Provides a personalised service and builds relationships with customers. Tracks competitor information and market trends and suggests required action. Formulates and manages service contracts with customers. Communicates service or rate changes, notable trends, policies and other relevant information to assigned accounts. Assists with processing price quotes and rate negotiations. Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality. Is typically responsible for supporting a small/medium size impact client base in any size cluster.We are looking for :
As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
At least 3 years of work experience in freight forwarding
Experience working with both import and export processes.
Experience in sales (inside sales)
Intermediate English Leve
Intermediate level using MS Office Package
Team Player
Customer Oriented
Strong time management skills.
Sense of urgency
Excellent communication skills, ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix and to foster long-term relationships with internal teams and clients.
