Join our dynamic team as we expand our global reach with the appointment of a savvy Overseas Channel Market Director.

Location: Europe or Latin America (Domestic bases in Nanjing or Shenzhen)

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive sales targets for home-end products (routers, set-top boxes) based on directives from headquarters.
  • Work with headquarters on market and product research; analyze market information, gather customer feedback, and suggest product improvements.
  • Develop and manage an effective channel system to enhance channel management.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to set annual sales targets and marketing plans, ensuring effective execution.
  • Track channel sales and inventory data; create monthly forecasts to align with demand and revenue goals while managing risks.
Required Qualifications
  • Over 3 years in distribution channel development for electronic products in Europe or Latin America.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher;
  • Native Chinese and proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in Europe and Latin America.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Strong skills in managing inventory and forecasting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Clear thinking and proactive in resolving issues.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Responsible with a focus on detail.
  • Capable of managing complex channel systems and achieving sales goals.
