El Gerente de Mercadeo brinda total liderazgo y responsabilidad de supervisión. Proporciona dirección y liderazgo operativo/de servicios a los equipos. Aplica conocimientos disciplinarios mediante la provisión de perspectivas de valor agregado o servicios de asesoría. Puede contribuir con el desarrollo de nuevas técnicas, modelos y planes dentro del área de experiencia. Se requiere tener excelentes habilidades de comunicación y diplomacia. Generalmente, es responsable del volumen, la calidad y los plazos de los resultados finales y la responsabilidad compartida de la planificación y los presupuestos. Su trabajo afecta toda el área, y esto, con el tiempo, afecta el desempeño y la efectividad generales de la categoría de puestos/subfunciones. Aporta una completa responsabilidad de supervisión; garantiza la motivación y el desarrollo del equipo mediante un liderazgo profesional para incluir tareas como evaluación de desempeño, compensación, contratación, medidas disciplinarias y desvinculaciones, como también tareas y responsabilidades diarias.

Responsabilidades:

Asumir responsabilidad en la creación, producción y distribución de comunicaciones con el cliente, como cartas, temas de conversación, correos electrónicos, formularios, preguntas frecuentes, folletos y garantía de ventas. Ser responsable de escribir, producir y distribuir todo el material para los clientes que se detalla a continuación. Desarrollar comunicaciones con el cliente para las líneas de negocios de consumidores centrales. Desarrollar contenido escrito, editar e implementar una gama amplia de materiales de mercadeo y servicio al cliente, incluyendo cartas, formularios y correos electrónicos. Además, este rol incluirá la creación, el desarrollo y la producción de garantías de ventas y materiales de mercadeo, como folletos, hojas de datos, y presentaciones de ventas, materiales de mercadeo de productos de inversión y publicaciones especializadas. Garantizar mensajes consistentes a través de la creación de temas de conversación, guiones y preguntas frecuentes para empleados de servicio y atención al cliente, administrando e implementando todas las campañas de correo directo para clientes existentes y garantizar que el negocio cumpla con los requisitos regulatorios y los mandatos de los reguladores. Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares.

Calificaciones:

Entre 5 y 8 años de experiencia laboral relevante. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita. Capacidad para cumplir plazos ajustados, administrar múltiples proyectos a la vez y trabajar bajo presión. Orientación al detalle y servicio al cliente. Capacidad para trabajar independiente, y también como parte de un equipo, e interacción con todos los niveles de gerencia. Excelentes habilidadesinterpersonales para negociar e influir. Conocimiento y experiencia avanzados con Microsoft Office. Capacidad profunda para realizar múltiples tareas y asignar prioridades entre varios proyectos e iniciativas trabajando de forma multifunctional y experiencia con ambigüedad y administrando complejidades. Excelente dominio del mercado digital en la búsqueda, visualisación, pagos a los medios de comunicación y mediciones.

Educación:

Licenciatura/título universitario o experiencia equivalente.

The marketing strategy manager must be a highly detail oriented, data-driven, and tenacious person, able to design executive deliverables and to solve complex issues. The individual should have a strong sense of responsibility and a natural inclination to achieve goals.

Role key responsibilities:

Manage, gather, analyze, and synthesize large data sets; manage and maintain data integrity for Marketing teams. Incorporate new, advanced analytics. Develop, build, and maintain reports and dashboards. Collaborate with partners to incorporate quantitative and qualitative analytics. Support marketing strategy design by appropriately asseses opportunities, prioritizing objectives and initiatives based on our business goals and budget efficiency. This requires an unwavering focus on our customers, as well as the ability to identify patterns and connections between critical business metrics and market opportunities and initiatives. Presenting clear and compelling insights and recommendations that resonate with both our executives and other stakeholders. Establish clear guidelines and frameworks that form the foundation of our marketing strategy and enable us to work together cohesively as a team and propels our company toward success.
