ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity:
The main purpose of the role is to execute US HR Ops portfolio services (Inputs / Hires / Changes / Terminations) leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment.
Your Impact:
As HR Ops Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of
Execute US portfolio services (Variable Payments Review / Hires / Changes / Terminations): Receive incidence and validate fulfilment of requirements Capture incidence information in payroll system Ensure payroll meets operation controls. Monitor tickets reception and release ensuring SLA compliance Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs Contiue communication and support with local functional teams Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable) Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Strong English oral and written communication skillsIf this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
