Sales Specialist IAM

Cybolt, somos una empresa integradora en soluciones en ciberseguridad, está en búsqueda de un Especialista en Ventas en soluciones de ciberseguridad de IAM para unirse a nuestro equipo. Como Sales Specialist IAM (Gestión de Identidades y Acceso), serás responsable de desarrollar relaciones comerciales sólidas con clientes potenciales, identificar oportunidades de ventas y cerrar acuerdos para impulsar el crecimiento de la empresa.



Responsabilidades:
  • Desarrollar relaciones comerciales con clientes potenciales y existentes.
  • Identificar oportunidades de ventas y cerrar acuerdos para cumplir con los objetivos de ventas.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de soporte técnico para garantizar la entrega exitosa de soluciones de ciberseguridad a los clientes.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias en ciberseguridad y tecnología.
  • Participar en ferias comerciales y eventos de la industria para promover los servicios de Cybolt.

Requisitos:
  • 4 años de experiencia comprobada en ventas, preferiblemente en la industria de ciberseguridad.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en ciberseguridad y tecnología.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar según sea necesario.


Requisitos:


  • Licenciatura en Informática, Administración, Relaciones Comerciales o Afín
  • +3 años de experiencia en ventas de soluciones de seguridad de TI, preferiblemente en el área de Gestión de Identidad y Acceso.
  • Habilidades demostradas de negociación y cierre de ventas, con un historial comprobado de logro de objetivos de ventas.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en ciberseguridad y tecnología.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar según sea necesario.


Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas efectivas para promover las soluciones de Gestión de Identidad y Acceso de la empresa.
  • Identificar oportunidades de ventas y generar leads a través de prospección activa, redes profesionales y participación en eventos de la industria.
  • Realizar presentaciones y demostraciones de productos a clientes potenciales para mostrar el valor y los beneficios de nuestras soluciones IAM.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para comprender las necesidades del cliente, resolver preguntas y superar objeciones.
  • Trabajar en la elaboración de propuestas comerciales personalizadas y negociar términos y condiciones para cerrar acuerdos.
  • Mantener una comprensión profunda del mercado y la competencia para identificar oportunidades de diferenciación y posicionamiento en el mercado.
  • Mantener registros precisos de actividades de ventas, seguimiento de clientes potenciales y actualización de la base de datos CRM.
