Aseguradora Mexicana altamente reconocida dentro de su ramo se encuentra en búsqueda de Office Manager.


Responsabilidades:

  • Atender las llamadas, siendo el contacto directo de toda persona que se comunica a la oficina.
  • Recibir la correspondencia, las visitas externas/ internas, los proveedores, las inspecciones, el mantenimiento del edificio, etc.
  • Enviar correspondencia, scanear documentos y dar seguimiento a cuentas asignadas.
  • Supervisar que se lleven a cabo todas las actividades de la oficina.
  • Coordinar compras de Comida, Insumos de Oficina, Impresoras y limpieza necesarios para el buen funcionamiento de todo.
  • Coordinar al personal de Limpieza, Mantenimiento y Administración del Edificio.
  • Manejar ya sea en Caja Chica, pagos a Tarjeta de Crédito Corporativa/ Personal, transferencia.
  • Procesar facturas y gestionar los presupuestos de la oficina.
  • Organización de la agenda del equipo Directivo.
  • Coordinación y organización de eventos.
  • Organización y contratación de viajes para el área de Dirección.
  • Trámites en general de compañía
  • Llenado de solicitudes 
  • Actividades relacionadas con el puesto


Requisitos:

Licenciatura trunca o concluida en Administración, asistente de dirección, secretariado, a fin.

Experiencia de mínimo 5 años en el puesto.

Experiencia en facturación, control de caja chica, tarjetas corporativas

Manejo de paquetería Office (Excel, Powerd Point, Word), Outlook

INDISPENSABLE INGLES AVANZADO

Habilidades: Proactiva, atención a cliente, amable, responsable, puntual, organizado, excelente habilidades comunicativas.


Horario Lunes a Viernes de 8:30 AM a 5:00 PM

Sueldo competitivo + Beneficios empresariales
