Head of Projects

Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas para grandes proyectos residenciales y hoteleros, con un enfoque en electrodomésticos de lujo.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con desarrolladoras, arquitectos, diseñadores y otros decisores clave que influyen en la elección de productos o servicios.
- Gestionar y expandir el canal B2B, asegurando un crecimiento sostenido en ventas.
- Supervisar y coordinar los canales de distribución y los proyectos, garantizando una entrega eficiente y la satisfacción del cliente.
- Manejar y motivar a un equipo de 15 distribuidores, asegurando que cumplan con los objetivos de ventas y los estándares de la marca.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de activación de marca y servicio al cliente para alinear las estrategias de ventas con las campañas de marketing y los servicios post-venta.
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar planes de acción para capturar estas oportunidades en el mercado de lujo.
- Monitorear las tendencias del mercado y la competencia para ajustar las estrategias de ventas y mantenerse competitivo.
Perfil del candidato:
- Amplia experiencia como Business Developer en el canal de ventas de especificación para la industria de lujo, específicamente en proyectos residenciales de lujo.
- Experiencia comprobada en el manejo de al menos 10 distribuidores.
- Fuertes habilidades de negociación y construcción de relaciones.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo, con un enfoque proactivo en la resolución de problemas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
- Conocimiento profundo del mercado de lujo y las necesidades de los clientes de alto perfil.
- Habilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
