Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

Partner with Field Sales Operations (FSO) Manager to support the frontline sales team with effective communications, reporting, processes and systems. Continually reviewing systems and processes, ensure the business is implementing efficient ways to drive results and improve capability.

Functional Responsibilities:

Assist FSO Manager with day-to-day support of national field sales team, incl. planning and communication of execution priorities Collate and develop all field communications such as the Monthly Field Execution Deck, 1-1 packs and adhoc information – Highlighting period execution priorities, Big Bets and Promotion activities Coordinate reviews of existing field sales tools and partner with IT to test and launch new systems to continually drive operating efficiency and effectiveness Manage administration of NewsPage system (critical field sales tool). Ensure field team has all relevant information and guidance through Playbooks Load and manage merchandising functions such as DCC, Promo Checks, etc. (Incl. adhoc reporting) Implement system enhancements and trial new back-office systems to improve operating efficiency Troubleshoot day-to-day Level 1 system and field issues, acting as first point of contact for field sales team Proactively partner with HBS Digital Factory and CTO teams to understand latest cutting edge technologies and solutions for field sales management. Prepare and share solution overviews (key features, benefits, use cases, etc.) with FSO Manager Perform all key tasks of the Sales Operations team to provide relief during leave

People Responsibilities:

Maintain tight wiring with Field Sales Managers, ensuring strong rapport and full understanding of needs and be the driving force within HBS ANZ Cluster to improve services and support around these needs Work closely with HBS support team on performance tracking and general support for Field Sales Support regular business meetings, preparing materials and participating in group discussions Support ANZ Cluster Sales Leader with all initiatives to improve GBS service offerings Qualifications

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Digitally astute: Up-to-date with latest data & technology trends and solutions Strong Business Analyst background – Leverages data & technology to solve complex business scenarios Great at presenting concepts and information Comfortable with large sets of data and reporting tools Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs
