Sales Representative (VET) - MONTERREY

Debe lograr el máximo de rentabilidad, crecimiento y penetración en las clínicas veterinarias del territorio asignado al vender efectivamente los productos VET de Royal Canin a clientes potenciales y activos generando y manteniendo relaciones a largo plazo que satisfagan las necesidades de nuestros clientes.

¿Que estamos buscando?

Experiencia mínima de dos años en ventas, preferentemente canal VETERINARIO o afines. Preferencia Médico Veterinario Zootecnista o carrera científica, administración ó mercadotecnia). Especialidad en Ventas, Administración, Negocios altamente deseable). Inglés básico. Paquetería Office intermedio. Manejo básico de herramientas digitales

¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?

Ejecutar acciones comerciales para aumentar Disponibilidad Física y Penetración del portafolio Veterinario utilizando su perfil técnico/comercial. Establecer, desarrollar y mantener relaciones comerciales con clientes actuales y clientes potenciales en el segmento de territorio / mercado asignado para generar nuevos negocios e impulsar el posicionamiento de los productos VET de Royal Canin actuando como asesor estratégico en la clínica. Asegurar la ejecución de ventas del portafolio eficiente para las clínicas veterinarias destacando los beneficios técnicos de nuestros productos VET y ejecutando el plan de ventas/promocional para demostrar nuestra propuesta de valor. Otorgar capacitación técnica continua sobre los beneficios de nuestros productos a todo el personal de la clínica y promover la rápida instalación de las innovaciones promoviendo la Individualización. Apoyar a los clientes en el desarrollo de activaciones referentes a la marca. Responsable de ejecutar las promociones nacionales y regionales del canal veterinario que se tengan en el año. Comunicar a los clientes sobre novedades en productos, precios, promociones y condiciones comerciales, además de mantener informados a los clientes sobre cambios significativos en la compañía. Mantenerse actualizados acerca del mercado y precios (competencia) para poder retroalimentar a las demás áreas sobre lo que sucede en los clientes. Cumplimiento de las objetivos (Cuantitativos y/o cualitativos) asignados en función a su zona / región asignada y notificar al LM sobre riesgos y oportunidades del mercado. Coordinar el Manejo de clientes (programas de lealtad) y la prospección de nuevas cuentas veterinarias. Búsqueda de clientes nuevos. Coordinar las ejecuciones en los puntos de venta, maximizando la utilización de las herramientas como, Mercaderista, materiales POP y demás que puedan ser asignados para esas actividades. Planear y organizar la estrategia de ventas individual, maximizando el retorno de la inversión del tiempo designado a cada cliente y acelerar la resolución de problemas y quejas del cliente. Colaborar con los AVVs y miembros de otras cápsulas dentro de su mismo CEDIS y otros para fomentar el trabajo en equipo y la inteligencia colectiva dándose mutuamente soporte en asesoramiento en relación con negociaciones especiales, comunicación, herramientas de prescripción y/o fidelización y lanzamiento de nuevos productos. Garantizar la implementación de los planes promocionales incluyendo puesta en marcha, seguimiento y control en las clínicas veterinarias. Coordinar, con la figura de FIELD TRAINNER, las acciones oportunas que permitan desarrollar la prescripción de nuestro portafolio con particular enfoque en Innovaciones y proporcionar más información a los Pet Owners. Gestionar con el departamento de finanzas y con el cliente el correcto manejo de la cobranza, teniendo como objetivo no tener saldos vencidos.
