RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS
SOPORTE TÉCNICO ON SITE L1 (BILINGÜE B1/B2)
Conocimientos avanzados en SO Windows. Mantenimiento, detección y solución de problemas en equipos de cómputo, dispositivos móviles y aplicaciones. Soporte N2 – aplicaciones locales. Conocimientos de redes y diagnóstico en protocolo TCP/IP. Administración herramienta interna inventario Rockwell Seguimiento a proveedores locales. Atención a usuario mediante tickets. Dinámico, Trabajo en equipo, proactivo, analítico, gusto por innovar. Conocimientos avanzados en ofimática Google Suite y Office (preferentemente 365). Gestión de inventario y activos de TI.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Importante contar con:
3 años de experiencia Ingles B1/B2
