What You’ll DoAs the Sales Director, you will drive the growth and success of our sales team by developing and executing effective sales strategies, leading the team to exceed targets, and building lasting customer relationships. You will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment with TRACTIAN’s goals. Your role is key in scaling our business, expanding our market presence, and establishing TRACTIAN as a leader in industrial asset monitoring solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term engagement with TRACTIAN.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and optimize go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust strategies and meet sales goals effectively.
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and tracking of key metrics.
- Represent TRACTIAN at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility.
- Continuously identify new business opportunities and drive growth through innovative sales techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced technology or industrial environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting.
