DESCRIPTION
We are recruiting Account Managers to support the Global Selling business growth of Existing Sellers from LATAM that sell on Amazon US.
The objective of a Global Selling ESM-A manager is to manage Mexican existing Selling Partners (SPs) from a selected Lead Pool, selling on the US marketplace. This role supports SPs on the process of adoption of key Amazon Marketplace Programs and Inputs. This role will be focused on Advertising and Selection levers to make a seller successful at the US market. This results in bettering Seller Experience (SX) of reached SPs and improving Customer Experience (CX) through improved selection offering, quality, and lead-times. ESM-A managers are evaluated by: (1) the number of engagements within the year (from the selected Lead Pool); (2) the conversion percentage to adopted Amazon Marketplace Programs; and (3) recollection of SP anecdotes from support provided.
The ideal candidate is motivated, agile, with strong time management and project management skills, technical and analytical. This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills as well as team skills. At the core of the position is high attention to detail and delivering high quality results on time.
About the team:
The core objective is to rapidly provide consulting services to maximize the sales of sellers. This requires analyzing sales performance data, proposing specific actions, and supporting the sellers in the implementation.
Key job responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect and help high-potential sellers to adopt programs that will help them improve their performance in the US marketplace.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets.
  • Be a business partner for merchants, providing them with data-driven insights and advice on adopting programs that will help to optimize their success on Amazon.
  • Post acquisition, you will build success cases together with those accounts by providing business insights, training and identifying business opportunities and executing a growth strategy.
  • Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory and performance efficiently to required standards.
  • Track business development results, analyze, interpret reports and information for your portfolio.
  • Contribute to an energetic and passionate team-building environment.

About the team
Global Selling provides support to Mexican sellers to expand their business to the United States. Our main goal is to help them be independent and as competitive as domestic sellers. The core objective is to rapidly provide consulting services to maximize the sales of sellers. This requires analyzing sales performance data, proposing specific actions, and supporting the sellers in the implementation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
  • Experience in client or vendor-facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • English proficiency: advanced (written and spoken)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
