**About the role**:**This role is the primary focal point for day-to-day activity and operations for CGI Plan. Responsible to recruit, enable, activate, and grow the reseller community in accordance IBM Software plan expectations and goals.****What you'll do**:- Understand IBM Software strategy, value proposition, programs and rebates.- Primary focal point for day-to-day activity and operations for CGI Plan (Common Gateway Interface).- Responsible for build, track and the overall execution of the CGI Program.- Conducting and executing effective internal and external business planning workshops, within the Resellers or Partners.- Responsible for the mission to recruit, enable, activate, and grow the reseller community in accordance CGI plan expectations and goals.- Build and track the partner plan and Rally plan.- Drive sales out of agreed vendor portfolio including new vendor identification and on-boarding and other business development initiatives in order to optimize results- Leading the execution of the business activities with their Resellers.- Building and developing new markets strategies in order to improving IBM Software sales.- Plan and execute demand generation activities with their Partners.- Responsible for working together with the IBM team in Mexico.- Responsible for working together with the local TDSynnex VDM team (IBM) in Mexico.- Enable and help the sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share- Successful negotiation and winning of key tenders and large deals.- Responsible for increasing both customer loyalty and profitability**What we're looking for**:- 5+ years' experience in a commercial/technical role for vendors like IBM, Oracle, AWS, etc.- 3 years' experience as Sales Consultant or Product Specialist.- Experience with recruitment and development of the resellers/partners community.- Experience with design and execution of business development plan.- Knowledge of IT trends such as Cloud and Microservices.- Deep understanding of IBM Software offering.- Knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies.- Knowledge of Industry trends.**Skills and abilities**:- High-level communication and management skills- Proactiv- Proven ability to negotiate and conflict resolution- Time management and planning skills- Collaboration and teamwork skills- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team- Experience working to and exceeding targets**Working Conditions**:Hybrid (Remote and Office).Participate in local and LATAM events with IBM.**TD SYNNEX Statement**:TD SYNNEX is an Equal Opportunity Employer- All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.At TD SYNNEX we embody our shared values of Collaboration, Accountability, Integrity, Excellence and Inclusion.
