El Battery Disconnect Unit (BDU) Design and Release Engineer (DRE) es responsable del diseño y la liberación de la BDU y los componentes relacionados, como cableado, dispositivos electromagnéticos, barras colectoras, sensores, sujetadores, cubiertas/ carcasa, etc. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el DRE principal, el DRE del paquete de baterías, el especialista técnico y otros ingenieros para garantizar el diseño adecuado, las interfaces con otros componentes y el cumplimiento de todos los requisitos. También trabajará con otros BDU DRE para garantizar la coherencia en los requisitos, estándares y prácticas en todos los programas.- Preparar documentos y generar paquetes fuente para BDU y componentes relacionados.- Obtener y administrar números de pieza.- Realizar análisis de acumulación de tolerancia y apoyar el desarrollo de DVP&R.- Generar cableado CCD/CNS/ICD.- Desarrollar y publicar estándares de desempeño HVBS.- Desarrollar planes de validación a nível de sistema, pruebas de fin de línea y requisitos de pruebas de conformidad continuas y coordinar con el proveedor de nível 1.- Ejecutar el diseño del proceso de fabricación y coordinar el proceso de ensamblaje con la ingeniería de fabricación. Licenciatura en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Mecánica o un campo de ingeniería relacionado de una universidad equivalente/acreditada por ABET- Mínimo de 5 años en ingeniería de productos, diseño eléctrico, desarrollo y/o pruebas- Paquetes fuente de experiência demostrada, especificaciones, DFMEA y DVP&R durante todo el ciclo del producto (desde la aprobación del abastecimiento hasta la producción en serie)- Emprendedor, altamente motivado y ansioso/capaz de aprender nuevas actividades rápidamente- Suite de Google y experiência con el traje de Microsoft- Fuertes habilidades de presentación, habilidades de comunicación (oral y escrita)- Trabaja bien como individuo y como parte de un equipo**Calificaciones preferidas**:- Maestría en Ingeniería acreditada por ABET o equivalente ABET.- Experiência con componentes y requisitos electrónicos/mecatrónicos- Experiência en el ciclo de vida completo del producto- Experiência de diseño y lanzamiento con el sistema de lanzamiento de Stellantis- Experiência en resolución de problemas, preferiblemente capacitado en resolución reactiva de problemas o DFSS- Experiência con evaluación de benchmarking competitivo preferiblemente usando A2MAC1Our benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
