We’re fast-moving and results-oriented; we’re passionate about spreading solar energy as fast as humanly possible while having fun doing it.**About the position**:***:- The O&M Senior Analyst position is fundamental to take part on the most important projects to keep our systems working and happy clients during the next years.- You will be able to lead efforts on maintaining the systems generating above the production guarantee established in the contract with the clients, as well as to detect and solve cases of underproduction, system off, offline monitors, and their remote configuration.- The O&M senior Analyst has to be capable of developing new technological solutions and processes to solve maintenance issues. In addition, creating processes for periodic preventive or corrective maintenance visits to ensure the good condition of the systems.**We’re looking for someone who**:- Has technical electrical experience- Is personable and excited to help the solar revolution grow- Is organized and metrics driven- Is creative and excited to experiment with new processes to hit goals- Is proactive and has leadership skills**Your tasks and responsibilities will be**:- Achieve acquisition projects for 4MWs- Improvements to close the feedback loop with the operations teams.- Own the OPEX budget and guide efforts to reduce costs- Create new processes to comply with lenders criteria**Your Key Results will be**:OKR1. Guarantee Ops teams alignment throughout the customer journey- KR1: O&M tickets assigned are answered in less than 20 hrsOKR2. Maintain Bright Systems Performing accordingly to simulation and production guarantee- KR1. Actionable cases of Underproduction vs Guarantee Production from 96.1% in Q1 to 96.6% in Q2.- KR2. Detects and tracks all System off cases in less than 24hrs.- KR2. Actionable cases of monitor offline of the whole portfolio from 96.2% in Q1 to 97.1% in Q2.- KR3.
