We believe housing is a fundamental need, and we’re committed to delivering a positive rental experience to every resident.**What You’ll Be Doing**As a **Tenant Relations Specialist**, you’ll be the friendly, organized, and proactive point of contact for our tenants after they move in and before their lease ends. Your goal is to gather feedback and guide tenants through lease renewals to ensure tenant satisfaction and high occupancy across our portfolio.**Key responsibilities**- Reach out to tenants whose leases are expiring in the next 30-90 days to assess their intentions and satisfaction.- Ask thoughtful, clarifying questions to uncover renewal barriers and work with our team to creatively overcome them.- Personalize your communication style to match each tenant’s tone and priorities, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and valued.- Coordinate clean handoffs and detailed documentation across our internal teams (property management, maintenance, etc.).- Proactively spot renewal risks and help resolve service gaps before they escalate.- Stay organized across communication tools and systems, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.**Required Skills and Experience**- Background in sales and/or customer success- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.- Strong emotional intelligence—you know how to read between the lines.- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with documentation.- Tech-savvy and capable of navigating multiple tools simultaneously.- Able to work independently in a remote environment.**Location****Availability**This is can be a part time or full-time role, 20-40 hours per week.
