Estamos buscando un Director de Ventas para uno de nuestros clientes más importantes del mundo de medios de agencias publicitarias, para liderar a un equipo de profesionales, desarrollar estrategias innovadoras y lograr objetivos ambiciosos de crecimiento. Este Sales Director tendrá como responsabilidades clave: liderar, motivar y desarrollar un equipo de ventas, identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y crear alianzas estratégicas, desarrollar estrategias de ventas para superar los objetivos de crecimiento, aprovechar la experiencia en medios digitales y marketing para posicionar nuestros productos.
Requisitos:+6 años en roles de liderazgo en ventas de medios digitales (experiencia en ventas de publicidad y medios digitales o offline)Un perfil con relacionamiento sólido en la industria y habilidades excepcionales de negociación y liderazgo.Proactividad, habilidades de negociación y comunicación excepcional.Experiencia en CRM (preferentemente Monday) y herramientas de análisis. ¿Qué te ofrecemos?
