NexusTours es el Destination Management Company líder regional en Caribe, Centroamérica y Norteamérica, que opera con oficinas propias en 16 países y 42 destinos.
Se parte de nuestro equipo de trabajo como GUEST EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST .
El Agente de Guest Experience Specialist ayuda a interactuar con el agente de viajes y los clientes directos y nuestro equipo de especialistas asegurándose de que se cumplan las expectativas de nuestras Key Account. Serás responsable de gestionar los conflictos que se presenten a nuestros pasajeros en sitio (Costa Mujeres, Zona Hotelera, Aeropuerto, Riviera Maya).

¿Qué esperamos de ti?
  • Al menos 1-2 años de experiencia en la industria turística o hotelera.
  • Se requiere experiencia en servicio al cliente específicamente en la resolución de conflictos.
  • Organización y orientación al detalle.
  • Experiencia en MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés (verbal y escrita). Indispensable.
  • Experiencia en el uso de Salesforce o algún CRM similar.
  • Habilidades de comunicación fluidas en francés (no obligatorio).
