As a tech sales, you will play a significant role, focusing on building and growing customer dedication and satisfaction while ensuring the account’s growth.- A trusted partner to our existing customers, supporting account strategy and showcasing new capabilities.- Demonstrate knowledge of vHive products, services, and methodologies to enthusiastically provide support and mentorship.- Proactively engage with the customer, work with multiple departments within the account to present the vHive value and drive usage and successful adoption of the system.- Drive collaboration internally to offer and deliver the best solution to the customer’s pain points. Build credible, collaborative, and effective internal working relationships with Operations, Product Management and other vHive functions.- Travel as necessary to foster relationships with customers in region.**Current Tasks**- Overall responsibility on prospect and customer training- Ownership of the knowledge base (updated content )- Create vHive branded video tutorials- Engage with the customer also through a weekly call- Foster customer usage and growth of vHive’s products by engaging with back-end users to ascertain the use all vHive tools available to them and that data integration with current systems is in place- Accompany customers as they train their field operators in the use of autonomous drones and vHive’s products- Serve as internal “voice of the customer” for Sales, Product, and R&D team, to make improvements and add new capabilities**Requirements**:- Confirmed experience in inside sales for large enterprises, leading large customer accounts with experience delivering SaaS solutions.- Customer Engagement: Eye for business, understanding of inter and intra-organizational relationships, and building relationships- Ability to operate in a globally matrixed environment and handle sophisticated situations with tact and diplomacy.- Demonstrated track record of setting goals and achieving results- Possesses excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.- Technical knowledge of drones and detailed oriented- Fly Drones Plan and deliver field product demonstrations that clearly- differentiate vHive from other drone software vendors- Fluent English & Spanish speakerLocation - Mexico
