This data-driven position requires a blend of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to effectively engage our merchant base through joint campaigns and promotions.Role Responsibilities:- Growth of our merchants on our platform via a combination of online and offline strategies, jointly with commercial and marketing teams.- Engagement of merchants to our platform by joint promotion strategies and campaigns.- Building deep data insights and understanding of our potential and existing merchants in the local culture, in order to build your own growth-oriented methodologies and initiatives.- Using data to understand merchant behavior and experience, and identify areas for improvement as we grow our business, while always being aware and critical of ROI.- Identifying new projects and taking ownership.Role Qualifications:- At least 4-5 years of preferably online Grocery (or Food) delivery business.- Previous collaborative experience with commercial team is a plus.- Previous operational/analytical experience in data analytics, consulting, investment banking, marketing or operations management, or in tech industry, is a plus.- Data driven and strong analytical thinking.- Excellent strategic thinking and evolving mindset.- Self-motivated, self-directed and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
