Position Objective

Lead the growth, sales, and marketing strategy focused on user acquisition, ensuring that marketing campaigns generate qualified leads and effective conversions to meet the companys commercial objectives.

Our client is a financial solutions company specialized in mobility, offering innovative models for vehicle acquisition through flexible subscription, financing, and investment programs. Their model allows users to drive new cars with no down payment, including all services such as premium insurance, maintenance, registration, taxes, assistance, and verification, while being fully tax-deductible.

Additionally, the company offers options for users to generate income or acquire certified pre-owned vehicles through buyback programs designed for professional drivers and individuals seeking flexibility, control, and convenience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the companys integrated user acquisition and retention strategy.
  • Coordinate marketing and sales teams to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads.
  • Supervise marketing and sales leads, define goals, monitor progress, and optimize results.
  • Evaluate and improve the performance of digital campaigns, partnerships, and promotional events.
  • Align promotions, pricing, and messaging with automotive market conditions and competition.
  • Track key performance metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rate, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ROI.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on commercial and marketing performance, identifying gaps and proposing corrective actions.
  • Maintain close collaboration with product, operations, and finance teams to ensure feasibility and delivery of offers.
  • Stay up to date with market behavior, especially within the mobility and ride-sharing segments.
Profile & Key Competencies
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the automotive, mobility, startup, or fintech sectors.
  • Proven experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, and performance-based strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills managing multidisciplinary teams (marketing + sales).
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in digital acquisition channels, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and clear communication.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of the Mexican automotive and mobility market dynamics.
Compensation & Benefits

Gross monthly salary: MXN $50,000$60,000

Annual bonus: 20% based on performance

Health insurance: Private medical coverage from day one

Vacation: 20 days per year + legal benefits
