SEMICONDUCTOR & ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS (SAS)
As a global supplier to the semiconductor industry, we provide advanced copper interconnects, die attachment, wafer bump processes, solder technologies, fluxes, cleaners, and other attachment materials for the integrated circuit fabrication, semiconductor packaging, and electronic assembly industries. Who are we looking for?
We now have an opportunity for a Regional Reclaim Manager to join our team in Mexico. The general purpose of this position is to grow the volume and margin contribution associated with purchasing solder reclaim material from assembly accounts and metal brokers within the Territory.
What will you be doing?
- Develop yearly Business Plan by volume and margin contribution from Key and Target Accounts.
- Assist customers with Logistic and Manifest requirements.
- Communicate & Implement Corporate Pricing Guidelines to Generators and Channel Partners.
- Assess and measure progress and performance of Territory Business Plan in cooperation with Supervisor and make necessary adjustments accordingly.
- Update and maintain accurate information in Atlas CRM system.
- Maintain Market Share information for territory.
- Submit Reports needed on a timely basis.
- Responsible for developing and adjusting as needed the Annual Territory Forecast.
- Expense reporting monthly.
- Ensure corporate credit policies are adhered to.
- Manage reclaim purchasing efforts by monitoring targets and key accounts, problem solving, assisting with pick up coordination, reclaim storage and handling training through routine and regular meetings with Reclaim Generators and Channel Partners.
- Assist Reclaim Department with details on settlement terms.
- Maintain regular contact with Reclaim Coordinators, Reclaim Business Manager, and Reclaim Director.
- Communicate and distribute internet / trade show / publication sales leads in the Atlas system.
Ideally the Regional Reclaim Manager will have:
- A Bachelor's in Business Management or Waste Management or related field.
- A proven track record of buying waste materials or the selling of products and services to the Electronic Assembly Industry.
- 3+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Must live within reasonable driving distance of major Airport within the territory.
- Must abide by all Company policies/procedures, safety rules and governmental regulations.
- Must be able to travel up to 75% of working time.
- Possess well-developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Address inquiries and resolve problems by using appropriate resources/other departments to achieve results/answers.
- Present a professional attitude and handle confidential information according to non-disclosure guidelines.
- Ability to work in a high paced and multi-task environment.
- High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to interact professionally with internal customers at off-site Alpha Assembly Solutions and divisional locations.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Must maintain accurate account information within the company CRM.
- Negotiating skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
